How can we help?
Anthe is a calm way to track perimenopause and HRT, and turn it into a clear report for your doctor. Here are the questions we hear most.

Do I need an account?
No. Anthe works the moment you open it. There’s no sign-up and no password. Your data lives on your iPhone, not on our servers.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your symptoms, doses and notes are stored only on your device and are never sold or used for advertising. If you connect Apple Health, Anthe reads a value like your sleep only when a screen needs it and never stores it. Read the full privacy policy.
How does the doctor report work?
Open the Report tab, choose a period (since starting HRT, 3 months, 6 months, or all), and Anthe builds a clear two-page summary of your symptoms and treatment plus questions worth asking. Tap Share as PDF to bring it up on your phone or send it to yourself to print.
Can I log a dose I forgot, or edit a past day?
Yes. In Care, tap any recent dose day to mark it taken, skipped or late. For symptoms, open a past day from the strip or the calendar and edit it. Changes save as you go. Days that haven’t happened yet can’t be checked in.
Does Anthe tell me what dose to take?
No, and it never will. Anthe records what your clinician prescribed and how you feel. It does not diagnose, and it never suggests or adjusts a dose. Any change to your treatment comes from your clinician.
Which treatments can I track?
Patches, gels, sprays, tablets, the coil, vaginal treatments, testosterone and non-hormonal options, on whatever schedule you were given (daily, twice-weekly, cyclical and more). You can track more than one treatment at once.
How much does it cost?
Anthe is free to download and includes a free trial. A subscription unlocks the full experience and is billed through your Apple account; you can manage or cancel it any time in Settings on your iPhone. We never see your payment details.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Export my data saves a copy you control, and Settings → Delete all my data removes everything from your device. Deleting the app also removes its data, and because we never held a copy, there’s nothing on our side to erase.
Is Anthe available on Android?
Anthe is on iPhone first. If you’d like Android, tell us at hello@anthe.care, and it helps us prioritise.
